Job Summary of Daily Substitute Teacher:

Ensure the continuation of educational activities and enforce classroom orderliness during the teacher’s temporary absence. Job Duties and Responsibilities of Daily Substitute Teacher:

• Implement and deliver lesson plans based on the guidelines provided by the absent teacher.
• Maintain a safe and disciplined classroom setting.
• Guide students in understanding the content of their studies and completing their assignments.
• Inform school authorities about student health emergencies, physical harm, or severe behavior problems.
• Execute further tasks as tasked by school administrators.

Qualifications and Experience of Daily Substitute Teacher:

• Meeting the non-certified criteria involves holding at least 30 college credits and a valid New Jersey Substitute Certification.
• Having a valid New Jersey certification for Continuing Education (CE), Certified Educational Administration and Supervision (CEAS), or Standard Teacher Certification is mandatory.
• Profound ability in English language proficiency, encompassing oral communication, reading comprehension, and written composition.
