Day Shift LPN

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team. In this full-time day shift role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to residents in our long-term care facility, working under the guidance of the Nurse Manager, Nurse Coordinator, and/or RN.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care and treatment to residents

• Observe and monitor resident conditions and report changes promptly

• Support and implement individualized care plans

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

• Ensure a safe, respectful, and person-centered care environment

Qualifications:

• Completion of an accredited Licensed Practical Nurse program

• Active State LPN license

• Strong clinical and patient care skills

• Valid BCLS certification
