Delivery Associate

Job Description:

These resources are Delivery Associate in the RSR network receiving and dispatching packages. This position requires the associate to work in a fixed shift Front Half Back Half Overlap receiving packages Unloading staging from the box trucks/delivery drivers and dispatching the packages to the Flex Driver Partners at the time of Flex dispatch hours window Flex block. The resources are expected to work 6 hours x 4 day work schedule. Must be comfortable working on computers.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Manage safety quality productivity and customer package deliveries
• Lift up to 49 pounds and frequently tilt push pull squat bend and reachStand/walk up to 6 hours during shifts
• Ability to receive dispatch and interact with packages and delivery drivers and partners
• Ability to scan all packages as necessary and use provided laptop to communicate and record standard work operations
• Work in an environment that is subject to variable temperatures and weather delivery stations include outside loading departments
