Delivery Drivers learn the most efficient routes, double-check orders for accuracy, and hustle with a smile while always obeying traffic laws and safety guidelines. Delivery driving with Jimmy John's means cash in your pocket every day, thanks to tips and Driver Maintenance Reimbursement (DMR).

When drivers are not out delivering, they assist with in-store operations and are compensated for their work. This includes tasks such as making sandwiches, ensuring the restaurant is clean, and offering exceptional customer service.

For over 15 years, we have been operating as a prominent franchisee of Jimmy John's, with 12 outlets located in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. Our team consists of passionate individuals who initially began their careers as part-time drivers and have since graduated to full-time roles and leadership positions. Requirements and obligations for those employed as Delivery Specialists:

• Handle phone orders by promptly filling out delivery tickets with a courteous and effective approach
• Deliver sandwiches quickly and safely using a personal vehicle
• Conduct reconciliation of payments and cash amounts with management as the shift wraps up
• Aid in maintaining efficient in-store operations through sandwich preparation and cleanliness maintenance
• Welcome patrons warmly, operate the cash register during transactions, and assist with menu-related concerns
• Provide flawless order preparation and execution by paying close attention to details
• Maintain a positive and polished appearance while conforming to the designated dress code parameters
• Ensure that cleanliness is maintained in all areas of the restaurant, including restrooms, floors, and workstations

Delivery Specialist Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years or older
• A current driver's license and evidence of insurance must be provided
• An unbesmirched driving record and two years of driving expertise
• It is vital to have a dependable mode of transportation
• Capability to excel in a collaborative, high-speed work environment
• Ability to adeptly handle customer interactions with care and attention
• The intention is to conform to Jimmy John's benchmarks and perform well in the sandwich training assessments

Pay & Benefits:

• Hourly rate: $7.25 - $8.25/hr
• Employees can anticipate earning an average of $18 to $25 hourly when considering tips, DMR, and base pay
