Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Get ready the die-casting machinery as per the provided instructions and make sure they are in proper working condition before starting the production.
• Alter the machinery parameters to attain the optimal part measurements and quality outputs.
• Execute various experiments to fine-tune the device and improve its overall efficiency.

Maintenance and Repair:

• Die-casting machines require periodic upkeep to prevent breakdowns and enhance their durability.
• Swift mechanical issue resolution is key to reducing downtime and maintaining schedule adherence.
• Exchange or refurbish used or flawed components, such as molds, dies, and machine parts.

Quality Control:

• Monitor the entire production process to ensure that all parts meet the required quality standards and specifications.
• Examine the finished products for any defects and take corrective action on the machines as required.
• Recording comprehensive and precise information about machine operations, maintenance routines, and quality assessments is of utmost importance.

Safety and Compliance:

• Observe all safety protocols and guidelines to establish a hazard-free working environment.
• Ensure that all machines and equipment conform to the rules and regulations set by the industry.
