We are looking for a skilled and dependable Diesel Mechanic to join our team. As a Diesel Mechanic, you will be responsible for inspecting, diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining diesel engines and diesel-powered equipment. This role requires hands-on expertise in diesel engine repair, preventative maintenance, and troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues to keep vehicles and machinery running at peak performance.

The Diesel Mechanic will handle a variety of tasks, including routine servicing such as oil changes, brake inspections, filter replacements, and complete engine overhauls. A successful Diesel Mechanic must be detail-oriented, safety-focused, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team. In this role, you will use advanced diagnostic tools to identify problems and perform efficient, high-quality repairs that reduce downtime and extend the life of diesel-powered vehicles and equipment.

Key responsibilities for the Diesel Mechanic position include diagnosing and fixing engine issues, repairing transmissions, fuel systems, and hydraulic systems, and performing preventative maintenance. Requirements and Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Diesel Mechanic or similar diesel engine technician role.

In-depth knowledge of diesel engines, mechanical systems, and vehicle diagnostics.

Proficiency with specialized diesel repair tools and diagnostic software.

Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.

Strong problem-solving abilities and a focus on quality repairs.

Physical strength and stamina to handle demanding repair tasks.
