Job Description:

The key function of a Distribution Center Supervisor is to manage the workforce to accomplish the company's objectives regarding productivity, quality, safety, and responsiveness for particular departments.

Perform daily Timekeeping System (TKS) updates to maintain the accuracy of the payroll data processing.

Record and document all problem-solving attempts using the A-3 reporting format while paying close attention to the local guidelines for accuracy and efficiency.

Set up consistent meetings to discuss operational performance and encourage two-way conversation with staff.

Regulate weekly safety checks among the employees to maintain a healthy and safe environment.

Preparing in advance is necessary to get through your daily work.

Prioritize regular training and skills development opportunities to keep your colleagues up to date and equipped with the latest industry knowledge. This will ensure that they are properly equipped to perform their jobs to the best of their abilities.

Abide by the contractual terms and conditions defined by the national and local agencies.
