• Proven multi-site leadership experience in the commercial fitness industry

• Drive revenue growth through sales, retention, and operational excellence

• Ensure compliance with brand standards, policies, and procedures

• Implement strategies to achieve club performance goals

• Maintain high standards for facility cleanliness, safety, and member engagement
