Ensure compliance with safety, loss prevention, and operational procedures, including digital and omni-channel initiatives.
Monitor and analyze financial reports, competitive landscape, and market trends to identify opportunities and adjust strategy.
Partner with real estate, HR, and corporate business partners to support store relocations, closings, or openings.
Travel regularly within the district and to national meetings, beauty shows, and training events.

Qualifications
