Position Summary:

As a Delivery Driver, your main responsibility is to deliver sandwiches to customers quickly, safely, and with a smile. When you're not on the road, you’ll work in-shop helping with sandwich making, cleaning, and providing great customer service.

Pay Structure:

• Base hourly rate in-shop: $13.00 during training; $13.25 after training

• PLUS tips and mileage reimbursement (paid daily after each shift)

• Average earnings: $15–$20/hour with tips and mileage

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver sandwiches in a safe, timely, and courteous manner

• Ensure all products meet quality and accuracy standards before delivery

• Assist with in-shop tasks including sandwich prep, order taking, and cleaning

• Maintain cleanliness in all areas of the restaurant

• Greet customers, operate the register, and handle transactions

• Complete phone and in-store orders accurately

• Follow food safety, sanitation, and JJ’s operational procedures

• Represent the brand positively and professionally

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old

• Must have a personal vehicle, valid driver’s license, and current insurance

• Clean driving record

• Must follow all road safety rules

• Able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

• Energetic, friendly, and dependable personality

• Ability to work quickly while maintaining accuracy
