Job Summary of Education Aide:

Collaborate with classroom instructors to assist students with learning activities, classroom order, and customized support. Enhance the academic and personal growth of students, including those with distinct needs.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Education Aide:

• Give individualized instructional assistance to students or cater to small groups in need of support.
• Provide help in managing the classroom efficiently to ensure a positive and productive learning setting.
• Aid in organizing materials and assisting with administrative responsibilities.
• Ensure student safety in a variety of school locations, such as dining facilities, outdoor play spaces, and educational trips.
• Help students according to the personalized strategies outlined in their IEPs or 504 Plans.
• Guide students in managing their academic, personal, and emotional well-being.
• Execute additional tasks as assigned by the teacher or school administrators.

Qualifications and Experience of Education Aide:

• Essential qualifications may include possessing a high school diploma or GED certificate.
• English language proficiency encompassing speaking, reading, and writing abilities.
