Responsibilities of Equipment Reservation Agent:

• Support in handling interactions with clients via phone.
• Support field staff and U-Haul partners by organizing equipment and reservations, and directing customer requests to suitable locations according to demand and operational capacity to maintain optimal regional inventory levels for future market needs.
• Evaluation of documentation plays a crucial role in determining the appropriate allocation of resources, managing client reservations, and establishing contractual frameworks to enhance equipment availability and operational precision.
• Offer assistance with the Company's U-Box portable storage offering.

Qualifications of Equipment Reservation Agent:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Working knowledge of office equipment such as multiline phones, phone etiquette, Word and email
• Proficient in customer service, time management and multitasking
