The Expeditor (Expo) ensures that every guest receives craveable food quickly and accurately by coordinating kitchen and dining room flow for both dine-in and takeout orders.

Job Responsibilities

Manage ticket times to ensure food is delivered fresh and meets ticket time standards
Coordinate table visits with a manager when needed to exceed guest expectations
