• Examine, repair, and develop buildings.
• Complete overall maintenance, installation, servicing, and repair duties.
• Carry out pre-emptive maintenance examinations and half-yearly roof evaluations across multiple sites.
• Develop proficiency in operating an assortment of hand and power tools.
• Share insights and resources with other Facilities Maintenance Associates to tackle intricate projects as a team.
• Ensure that all job requests are handled promptly and in a professional manner.
• Monitor the company's truck and gasoline card efficiently.
• Take part in ongoing educational opportunities at U-Haul University to stay informed and up-to-date.

Qualifications of Facilities Maintenance Associate:

• Experience in any of the following areas: electrical, A/C, HVAC, plumbing or landscaping
• Valid driverus license
• D.O.T certification (can be sponsored by U-Haul)
