Responsibilities of Facility Manager Trainee:

• Control the lineup of vehicles to dispatch hygienic and well-kept gear
• Organize and enumerate products on hand
• Ensure that customers are receiving care that meets the highest quality standards
• Record fuel receipts and petty cash expenses for tracking purposes
• Monitor and care for the premises to ensure a secure atmosphere
• Participate in ongoing U-Haul educational courses at U-Haul University to expand your knowledge base

Qualifications of Facility Manager Trainee:

• 3 years of management experience in retail or another service industry with responsibility for financial results and customer satisfaction
• Computer expertise
• Demonstrated proficiency in organizing and managing high-volume retail settings, with a focus on profit and loss (P&L) responsibility
• The possession of a valid driver's license and the ability to maintain a clean driving record is mandatory
• Attainment of a GED or a high school graduation equivalency
• Able to accommodate weekend and holiday shifts
