As a Fast Food Crew Member at Jimmy John’s, you’ll help deliver freaky fresh sandwiches and an awesome guest experience every shift. This is a fast-paced, team-focused role where you’ll prepare fresh ingredients, make sandwiches quickly and accurately, and ensure every customer leaves satisfied.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve sandwiches to Jimmy John’s brand standards

• Provide friendly, fast, and accurate customer service

• Take orders in person and over the phone

• Assist with prepping veggies, meats, and bread daily

• Maintain cleanliness of the store and work areas

• Work as part of a crew to keep operations running smoothly

Requirements

• Friendly, reliable, and team-oriented attitude

• Ability to work with urgency in a fast-paced setting

• Able to lift 30–40 lbs and stand for extended periods

• No prior experience required – we’ll train you!
