As a Field Sales Representative, you will be the boots on the ground for RepRally, building relationships with independent retailers, introducing them to new brands, and driving adoption of our platform. This is a great opportunity for motivated sales professionals who thrive in face-to-face selling and want to make a real impact in local retail communities.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for independent retail stores in your territory.
Identify, onboard, and grow retailer accounts by showcasing RepRally’s catalogue of emerging brands and incentive programs.
Conduct in-person visits with retailers to build trust, present product offerings, and close sales.
Use the RepRally app to place orders, track activity, and manage your book of business.
Stay current on new brands, promotions, and trainings to deliver compelling pitches.
Collaborate with your leadership team on territory planning, account strategies, and performance reviews.
Resolve customer inquiries promptly in coordination with the operations team, ensuring an excellent client experience.
Skills & Qualifications
1–3 years of experience in sales, retail, or account management (field sales or distribution experience a plus).
Proven ability to open new accounts and grow existing relationships.
Self-motivated, with a strong work ethic and entrepreneurial mindset.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for in-person and phone interactions.
Tech-savvy and comfortable using sales apps, CRM systems, or mobile platforms.
Willingness to travel locally within your assigned territory.
Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
