Pay Range: $44,499.55 – $63,570.79

Bonus Plan: OIP

Target Bonus: 5%

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable, motivated, and hardworking Field Service Technician to join our team. This role involves traveling to customer locations to provide equipment commissioning, training, troubleshooting, and technical support.

Key Responsibilities

• Travel up to 75 percent domestically and internationally for training and commissioning

• Deliver professional and courteous onsite support and training to customers

• Troubleshoot and resolve software, mechanical, and electrical issues

• Maintain accurate service logs and reports using Salesforce

• Create internal training documentation and contribute to continuous improvement

• Collaborate with factory personnel to ensure customer satisfaction

• Support sales by providing application and specification insights

• Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems and components

• Prioritize safety by completing job safety analysis and attending safety meetings

• Complete travel and expense reports promptly

• Manage company-issued tools and credit card

• Support the technical support group by assisting with customer calls, emails, and remote troubleshooting

• Perform other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

• Associate degree in electronics technology or 3 years of equivalent experience

• Industrial equipment manufacturing experience preferred

• 3D CAD or Solid Modeling experience recommended

• Experience with CNC machines preferred

• Ability to read electrical schematics

• Proficiency using Volt or Amp meters

• Familiarity with single-phase and three-phase equipment

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Skilled with industrial and mechanical tools

• Experience in customer support roles

• Ability to work independently

• Basic understanding of pneumatics

• Proficiency with computers

Physical Requirements and Work Environment

• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work on concrete floors for extended periods

• Must be able to bend, stoop, climb, reach, and use hands for extended tasks

• Work in hot, humid, cold, or dirty environments with appropriate PPE

• Exposure to industrial elements such as dust, grease, oil, hot surfaces, and moving machinery
