Job Summary

The Fitness Consultant is responsible for driving membership sales, delivering exceptional customer service, and helping new and existing members take the first steps toward achieving their fitness goals. This role requires an energetic, goal-oriented, and outgoing personality with a strong passion for health and fitness.

Key Responsibilities

• Sell memberships and personal training packages

• Provide club tours to prospective members and explain all services, programs, and benefits

• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals

• Follow up with prospective members via phone, text, and email

• Build strong relationships with members and create a welcoming atmosphere

• Maintain knowledge of all Crunch programs, services, and promotions

• Accurately enter membership data and complete necessary paperwork

• Support member retention by ensuring a positive and engaging experience

• Assist with front desk duties, including greeting members and answering phones

• Participate in outreach and community marketing efforts to generate leads

Requirements

• Fluent in English (Spanish a plus)

• Previous sales or customer service experience preferred

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Passion for fitness and helping others

• Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, and weekends

• Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Outlook, CRM systems, etc.)

Shifts Available

• Early Morning (starting at 4:30 AM)

• Mid-Day

• Evening

• Late Night Closing (ending at 1:00 AM)
