Responsibilities

• Slice meats, cheeses, and fresh vegetables daily according to brand standards

• Prepare house-made tuna salad, baked bread, and other core menu ingredients

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized prep area

• Rotate and stock food items to ensure freshness

• Assist team members during busy hours when needed

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and quality

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Able to stand, bend, and lift 30–40 lbs throughout the shift

• No prior experience required – training provided
