As a Food Service Associate, you’ll be the heart of our operations — preparing high-quality sandwiches, assisting guests, and ensuring the store runs smoothly. Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve sandwiches quickly and accurately to brand standards

• Deliver outstanding customer service in person and over the phone

• Assist with food prep, slicing meats and veggies, and baking bread

• Keep the restaurant clean, safe, and well-organized

• Restock supplies and maintain product freshness throughout shifts

• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and operational guidelines

• Work as part of a team to meet daily goals and ensure guest satisfaction

Requirements

• Friendly, dependable, and team-oriented attitude

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency

• Must be able to lift 30–40 lbs and stand for extended periods

• Good communication and customer interaction skills

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
