As a Food Service Associate, you will be involved in every aspect of restaurant operations—from food preparation to serving guests—helping maintain the high standards Five Guys is known for.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide outstanding customer service

• Prepare, cook, and assemble menu items according to Five Guys standards

• Take and process orders accurately using the POS system

• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, dining, and service areas

• Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures

• Support team members to ensure smooth and efficient restaurant operations

• Assist in stocking, inventory, and other restaurant tasks as needed

• Contribute to a fun, positive, and team-oriented environment

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Reliable and punctual

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required

• Previous food service or retail experience is a plus
