Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service with urgency and accuracy

• Greet and thank every customer with a smile and eye contact

• Execute consistent product and service standards

• Operate cash register and handle transactions accurately

• Prepare and assemble sandwiches to brand standards

• Assist in maintaining a clean, safe, and organized store

• Operate food preparation machinery as required

• Adhere to food, safety, and security guidelines

• Support a positive team environment through collaboration and accountability

Requirements

• Ability to regularly lift 30–40 lbs during shifts

• Comfortable standing, bending, and reaching throughout shift

• Able to work in refrigerated/freezer environments (40°F to -10°F)

• Reliable, energetic, and customer-focused mindset
