Position Summary

As a Front Desk Representative, you will be the first point of contact for all members and guests. You’ll play a key role in providing a welcoming, high-energy environment while helping members with check-ins, questions, and club services.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and check in members and guests with a friendly and professional attitude

• Provide accurate information about club services, schedules, and amenities

• Answer phones, take messages, and respond to member inquiries

• Promote current club promotions, events, and membership offerings

• Process membership paperwork and update member accounts as needed

• Enforce club policies and procedures courteously and consistently

• Maintain front desk and lobby cleanliness and organization

• Assist with merchandise, supplement, and retail sales

• Support team members and other departments as needed

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience preferred (fitness or retail is a plus)

• Positive, upbeat personality with excellent communication skills

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Basic computer and point-of-sale (POS) skills

• Reliable, punctual, and a team player

• Must be 18 years of age or older

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, bend, and move for extended periods

• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally
