Position Summary

As a Front Desk Supervisor, you'll lead the front desk team, ensuring that all members and guests receive exceptional service. You’ll be responsible for training staff, overseeing daily operations, and supporting club leadership in delivering a high-energy, professional, and member-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise front desk staff and ensure consistent application of company policies and procedures

• Train, coach, and mentor team members to deliver excellent customer service

• Monitor member check-ins and guest registration to ensure accuracy and compliance

• Handle escalated member concerns and resolve issues in a timely, professional manner

• Support sales and membership promotions at the front desk

• Maintain front desk scheduling and coverage to ensure optimal staffing

• Ensure cleanliness, organization, and professionalism at the front desk and lobby areas

• Assist with cash handling, point-of-sale transactions, and daily reports

• Serve as liaison between the front desk and upper management

• Model Crunch culture and energy to the team and members

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of front desk or customer service experience (supervisory experience preferred)

• Strong leadership and team management skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication

• Ability to prioritize tasks in a high-traffic environment

• Proficient in using computers, POS systems, and Microsoft Office

• Positive attitude, problem-solving mindset, and strong attention to detail

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods

• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally

• Frequent bending, reaching, and moving around the club
