Job Description:

As a Front-End Associate at Five Guys, you are the first point of contact for our guests and play a key role in ensuring a positive customer experience. Your responsibilities include greeting customers, accurately taking and processing orders, handling transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized front-end area. This role requires excellent communication skills, a friendly and approachable demeanor, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service.

• Take accurate customer orders at the counter or via digital ordering systems.

• Process payments, handle cash, and operate point-of-sale systems efficiently.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front-end area, including lobby and dining spaces.

• Assist with stocking supplies and condiments as needed.

• Respond to customer inquiries, requests, or concerns in a professional manner.

• Support other team members during busy periods and contribute to overall restaurant operations.

• Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and health regulations.

Requirements:

• Previous customer service or food service experience preferred but not required.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
