Qualification of Frontline Retail Associate:

• Availability needs to encompass a flexible schedule that involves evenings and weekends.
• The duration of work hours is classified as part-time and can fluctuate according to the demands of the business.
• A high school diploma or GED is a necessary qualification for this role.
• Ideally, candidates will have spent three to six months in a retail setting.
• Competency in basic arithmetic, reading, and spoken language is imperative.
• A minimum age of 16 years is necessary.
• In the course of fulfilling the responsibilities of this position, the worker will regularly engage in speaking or listening. There will be a frequent need for the worker to be in a standing position, ambulate, manipulate objects with their hands, and extend their arms. On occasion, the worker may be required to be seated, scale heights or maintain equilibrium, and bend, kneel, squat, move close to the ground, or utilize a Brannock device.
• The job entails frequent lifting and moving of items weighing no more than 25 pounds and occasional lifting and relocation of objects weighing a maximum of 50 pounds.
• Applicants for this role must have adequate vision capabilities, such as the ability to see up close, at a distance, distinguish colors, have peripheral vision, and be able to refocus their vision when necessary.
