Fulfillment Manager

Job Description:

Our company is hiring a Fulfillment Manager to oversee operations.

Primary Function:

Using WMS and other software tools is necessary for analyzing performance metrics that are vital to warehouse management. Key metrics to track for effective performance management include inventory accuracy, order fulfillment rates, and warehouse productivity. The candidate for this position must have excellent organizational and leadership skills, as well as the ability to strategize, optimize processes, and improve operational efficiency.

Maintaining safety and security procedures requires a commitment to continuous improvement. Regularly seeking feedback from employees and customers, analyzing data and trends, and implementing new technologies and practices can help improve safety and security in your organization. The Fulfillment Manager will lead a group of 15-20 personnel to achieve organizational objectives.
