Fulfillment Supervisor

Job Description:

The main duty of a Fulfillment Supervisor is to supervise warehouse staff and help achieve departmental goals by emphasizing safety, productivity, quality, and responsiveness.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide counsel and support to hourly workers, offering guidance and assistance to meet their needs.
• Positively impact the team's performance by recognizing and encouraging positive behaviors, while addressing negative ones.
• Utilize the Quality Network problem-solving methodology to solve issues within the region and gather input from the workforce.
• Implement the Workplace Organization (WPO) process to enhance the functionality of business layouts.
• Perform daily updates to the Timekeeping System (TKS) to ensure the accurate processing of payroll data.
• Use the A-3 reporting format and adhere to local guidelines to systematically record and document all problem-solving activities.
• Host periodic meetings to review company metrics and foster productive conversations with team members.
• Record and evaluate safety procedures in all departments to minimize potential risks.
• Schedule work ahead of time to stay organized.
• Encourage colleagues to take breaks and rest during shifts to prevent burnout and maintain focus.
• Observe the contractual mandates established by national and local agencies.
• Enforce Shop Rules.
