Overview

Cintas is seeking a dedicated Garment Hanger/Inspector to support daily production operations in our facility. The role is essential for maintaining high-quality standards for customer garments and ensuring timely processing for delivery. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment. This position is performance-based, meaning employees have the opportunity to earn additional compensation by exceeding production standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect garments for damage, wear, or missing items, identifying the need for repairs such as patching holes or tears.

• Hang cleaned garments on conveyors or designated hangers for sorting, distribution, and customer delivery.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with company policies.

• Adhere to production schedules and performance standards while meeting daily output goals.

• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and timely task completion.

• Follow all company safety protocols and standard operating procedures to prevent accidents and maintain a safe working environment.

• Report any equipment issues, hazards, or discrepancies to supervisors promptly.

Required Qualifications

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive motions for extended periods during a shift.

• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality work.

• Ability to maintain a consistent, productive pace in a performance-based environment.

• Basic English communication skills (verbal and written).

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.

• Authorized to work in the U.S. and at least 18 years of age.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in a production, warehouse, or garment processing environment.

• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends or overtime as needed.

• Familiarity with safety protocols and workplace organization best practices.
