Garment, Linen & Bulk Folder

About the Role

Cintas is seeking a Production Associate – Garment/Linen/Bulk Product Folder to support our Rental Division. In this role, you will:

• Fold customer garments, linens, and bulk products manually or using an industrial garment folding machine.

• Count folded products and prepare bundles for delivery.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

This is a performance-based incentive pay role, where compensation increases with productivity beyond established folding standards.

Skills & Qualifications

Work Expectations:

• Follow all attendance policies.

• Comfortable working in close proximity to others for extended periods.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment with time pressures.

Physical Requirements (with or without accommodation):

• Stand for most of the shift.

• Perform repetitive motions such as stretching, bending, turning, and reaching.

• Push carts or bins of bulk/linen products as needed.

• Base pay range: $16.50 – $19.25/hour
  (Final offer based on skills, experience, and business needs.)
