Job Summary of General Maintenance Technician:

Responsibilities of General Maintenance Technician:

• Assess, preserve, and create additional buildings.
• Undertake general maintenance, installation, and servicing responsibilities.
• Perform preventative maintenance inspections and conduct semiannual roof checks at diverse properties.
• Acquire the ability to proficiently work with various hand and power tools.
• Engage in teamwork with fellow General Maintenance Technicians to successfully undertake complicated assignments by combining expertise.
• Carry out work orders promptly and in a professional fashion.
• Keep a record of the company truck and its corresponding fuel card.
• Join in the ongoing learning initiatives at U-Haul University to broaden your understanding.

Qualifications of General Maintenance Technician:

• Experience with electrical projects, A/C repairs, HVAC maintenance, plumbing fixtures, or landscaping duties is desirable
• Valid driverus license

Work Environment of General Maintenance Technician:
