We need leaders who can inspire a team to deliver quality, hot, fresh, and consistent products to our loyal customers.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and develop a team to ensure outstanding product quality and customer service

• Manage daily restaurant operations including sales growth and cost control

• Recruit, interview, and train employees to embrace our culture and values

• Oversee inventory management, ordering, and ensure sanitation standards

• Create and implement action plans to continuously improve the business

• Maintain store appearance and security procedures, including cash handling

• Monitor key performance indicators and work towards achieving business goals

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of leadership experience (restaurant experience preferred)

• Ability to lead and motivate up to 20 team members

• Willingness to work about 50 hours per week, including weekends

• Strong communication and organizational skills
