Job Overview

The General Manager is responsible for leading overall store operations, driving financial results, and fostering a culture of excellence. This role oversees all aspects of the business, from talent development and customer experience to operational execution, ensuring the store delivers on sales goals and brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership to the store team, ensuring alignment with company goals and initiatives.

• Drive sales performance by analyzing business trends, identifying opportunities, and implementing action plans.

• Lead, coach, and develop managers and associates to maximize team performance and career growth.

• Ensure outstanding customer experiences by modeling service excellence and holding the team accountable to service standards.

• Oversee daily operations including scheduling, payroll management, visual merchandising, stock replenishment, and loss prevention.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of retail management experience, preferably at the store or multi-unit level.
