Key Responsibilities

• Design and produce computer-generated graphics for a variety of formats, including vinyl, print, vehicles, and building installations

• Ensure all designs are visually appealing, brand-compliant, and production-ready

• Operate graphic production equipment (vinyl cutters, large format printers, etc.) and prepare files for output

• Collaborate with team members and, when needed, interact directly with customers to confirm design requirements and satisfaction

• Balance creativity with simplicity, producing designs that are clean, impactful, and functional

• Contribute to the overall success of the FASTSIGNS Center through teamwork and creative problem-solving

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer (signage or print industry experience preferred)

• Proficiency with design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)

• Strong creative vision with an eye for detail, layout, and typography

• Ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment

• Strong communication and collaboration skills

• Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to push creative boundaries

• High school diploma or equivalent (degree in Graphic Design or related field preferred)
