Job Summary of Guest Aide:

Aid teachers in facilitating instructional tasks, maintaining classroom order, and offering personalized assistance to students. Enhance the academic and personal development of all learners, especially those requiring additional support.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Guest Aide:

• Offer personalized educational assistance to one student at a time or in smaller clusters.
• Offer support in managing the classroom effectively while creating an atmosphere conducive to learning.
• Get ready and aid with administrative duties.
• Oversee students in different educational environments such as lunchrooms, outdoor recreational areas, and educational outings.
• Offer assistance to students with specific requirements as outlined in their Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) or 504 Plans.
• Support students in their scholastic, individual, and psychological requirements.
• Execute any extra tasks as directed by the classroom instructor or educational institution.

Qualifications and Experience of Guest Aide:

• As far as educational qualifications go, a high school diploma or its equivalent, a GED, is typically required.
• Mastery of the English language (speaking, reading, writing).
