Job Summary of Guest Instructor:

Aid school districts in providing uninterrupted education by delivering effective instruction during teacher shortages, upholding learning continuity through the execution of lesson plans, classroom control, and active participation of students in a well-organized learning environment.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Guest Instructor:

• Execute teaching plans and provide instruction as directed by the school.
• Keep the classroom environment orderly and safe.
• Aid students in understanding the subject matter and completing the assignments.
• Report to school authorities on student development, attendance patterns, and disciplinary challenges for appropriate action.
• Carry out any additional responsibilities as instructed by school management.

Qualifications and Experience of Guest Instructor:

• A Substitute Certification tailored to New Jersey is indispensable, in addition to having accumulated a minimum of 30 college credits, for applicants who do not possess teaching certification.
• Candidates must have a Valid NJ CE, CEAS, or Standard Teacher Certification in place to be considered.
• English proficiency encompassing fluent speaking, adept reading, and proficient writing.
