Delivery Driver & In-Shop Crew Member

Overview

At Jimmy John’s, we’re all about Freaky Fast, Freaky Fresh sandwiches made with fresh-sliced meats, crisp veggies, and bread baked all day, every day. As a Delivery Driver & In-Shop Crew Member, you’ll take on a hybrid role: delivering orders safely and quickly, while also working in-shop to prepare sandwiches, serve customers, and keep the restaurant running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

As a Delivery Driver:

• Deliver sandwiches within a designated delivery area safely and courteously

• Check all orders for accuracy and quality before leaving the store

• Provide outstanding customer service at every stop

As an In-Shop Crew Member:

• Greet customers and take orders at the counter or over the phone

• Prepare sandwiches quickly and accurately according to Jimmy John’s standards

• Assist with prepping ingredients and maintaining a clean restaurant

• Work as part of a team to provide a consistent, high-quality customer experience

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old

• Reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and clean driving record (for drivers)

• Ability to lift 30–40 lbs and work in walk-in coolers/freezers (40°F to -10°F)

• Willingness to learn the menu with 100% accuracy

• Positive attitude and a team-player mindset
