Position Overview

The Guest Services Cleaner is responsible for maintaining clean, safe, and welcoming environments for guests throughout the hotel. This position demonstrates a strong commitment to delivering an excellent guest experience while adhering to company guidelines and procedures.

Major / Key Job Duties

• Maintains a high standard of cleanliness in guest areas, public spaces, and service areas.

• Cleans and sanitizes assigned areas according to company standards, policies, and procedures.

• Maintains housekeeping carts, storage areas, and cleaning equipment in proper condition.

• Stocks carts and supply areas as needed or directed by management.

• Reports maintenance issues promptly to the front desk or manager on duty.

• Assists with guest requests and provides reasonable accommodations whenever practical.

• Complies with all safety and security policies and procedures.

• Completes all required and annual company training programs.

Other Duties

• Assists with cleaning other hotel areas as assigned, including stairwells, vending areas, fitness rooms, breakrooms, and common spaces.

• Maintains overall cleanliness of the hotel and ensures guest satisfaction.

• Performs other duties as assigned by the management team.

Compensation

Pay Range Disclaimer: Compensation may vary based on role, level, experience, length of service, and location. Candidates are not guaranteed to be at the high or low end of the ranges presented. The Company complies with all federal, state, and local minimum wage requirements.

Pay Ranges by State (example ranges):

• California: $16.50 – $24.00

• Colorado: $16.00 – $19.00

• Illinois: $16.00 – $19.00

• Minnesota: $16.00 – $19.00

• New Jersey: $15.00 – $22.32

• Washington: $16.66 – $21.10

• Whitestone, NY: $18.27 – $19.62
