Position Overview

The Hospitality Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining clean, comfortable, and welcoming guest rooms and hotel areas. This role ensures all cleaning tasks meet company standards while supporting an exceptional guest experience.

Major / Key Job Duties

• Clean and sanitize assigned guest rooms following company policies and procedures.

• Maintain housekeeping carts, storage areas, and equipment in proper working order.

• Restock carts and supply areas as directed by management.

• Report maintenance issues and any found guest property to the front desk or manager on duty.

• Assist with guest requests whenever possible and practical.

• Follow all safety, security, and company guidelines.

• Complete all required and annual company training programs.

Other Duties

• Assist with cleaning other hotel areas such as stairwells, vending areas, breakrooms, fitness rooms, and common spaces.

• Support overall hotel cleanliness and organization.

• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Pay Range Disclaimer: Compensation varies based on role, experience, tenure, and location. The Company complies with all applicable federal, state, and local minimum wage requirements.

Example Pay Ranges by State:

• California: $16.50 – $24.00

• Colorado: $16.00 – $19.00

• Illinois: $16.00 – $19.00

• Minnesota: $16.00 – $19.00

• New Jersey: $15.00 – $22.32

• Washington: $16.66 – $21.10

• Whitestone, NY: $18.27 – $19.62
