Position Overview

The Housekeeping Aide supports the housekeeping team by assisting with cleaning duties, restocking supplies, and maintaining hotel common areas. This role helps ensure that guest rooms and public spaces are kept clean, safe, and welcoming, contributing to an outstanding guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate and promote a strong commitment to providing the best possible guest and associate experience.

• Assist housekeepers by delivering and restocking linens, amenities, and cleaning supplies.

• Maintain cleanliness of hallways, stairwells, vending areas, fitness rooms, laundry rooms, and other public areas.

• Empty trash, replace liners, and ensure common areas are tidy and stocked.

• Respond to guest requests in a prompt, courteous, and helpful manner.

• Report any safety, maintenance, or security issues to the front desk or manager on duty.

• Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures.

• Support the housekeeping team with additional duties as directed by management.

Other Duties

• Assist with laundry operations as needed (washing, drying, folding).

• Maintain housekeeping carts, storage rooms, and equipment in a clean and organized condition.

• Perform other duties as assigned by the management team.

Compensation

Pay ranges by location:

• California: $16.50 – $24.00

• Colorado: $16.00 – $19.00

• Illinois: $16.00 – $19.00

• Minnesota: $16.00 – $19.00

• New Jersey: $15.00 – $22.32

• Washington: $16.66 – $21.10

• Whitestone, NY: $18.27 – $19.62
