Position Overview

The Housekeeping Crew Member is responsible for maintaining clean, organized, and welcoming guest rooms and hotel areas. This role supports the housekeeping team to provide an excellent guest experience while following company standards and procedures.

Major / Key Job Duties

• Cleans and sanitizes assigned guest rooms according to company guidelines.

• Maintains housekeeping carts, storage areas, and cleaning equipment.

• Stocks carts and supply areas as directed by management.

• Reports maintenance issues and found guest property to the front desk or manager on duty.

• Assists with guest requests when possible and practical.

• Follows all safety, security, and company policies.

• Completes all required and annual company training.

Other Duties

• Assists with cleaning other hotel areas, including stairwells, vending areas, breakrooms, fitness rooms, and common spaces.

• Supports the overall cleanliness and organization of the hotel.

• Performs additional duties as assigned by management.

Pay Range Disclaimer: Compensation varies based on role, level, experience, tenure, and location. The Company complies with all applicable federal, state, and local minimum wage requirements.

Example Pay Ranges by State:

• California: $16.50 – $24.00

• Colorado: $16.00 – $19.00

• Illinois: $16.00 – $19.00

• Minnesota: $16.00 – $19.00

• New Jersey: $15.00 – $22.32

• Washington: $16.66 – $21.10

• Whitestone, NY: $18.27 – $19.62
