Position Overview

The Housekeeping Staff plays a vital role in ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests and associates. This position is responsible for cleaning guest rooms, common areas, and assisting with general housekeeping duties in accordance with company policies and standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate a strong commitment to providing the best possible guest and associate experience.

• Clean and service guest rooms, bathrooms, and assigned areas following company procedures.

• Maintain cleanliness in hallways, stairwells, elevators, and other public spaces.

• Restock housekeeping carts with linens, supplies, and amenities as needed.

• Report any maintenance or safety issues promptly to the manager on duty.

• Handle guest requests in a professional and timely manner.

• Ensure compliance with all safety, sanitation, and security procedures.

• Support the housekeeping team with additional cleaning assignments as directed.

Other Duties

• Assist in cleaning staff areas such as breakrooms, laundry rooms, and storage spaces.

• Help with laundry operations (washing, drying, folding, and distributing linens).

• Maintain overall hotel cleanliness standards.

• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

Compensation

Pay ranges may vary by location and experience:

• California: $16.50 – $24.00

• Colorado: $16.00 – $19.00

• Illinois: $16.00 – $19.00

• Minnesota: $16.00 – $19.00

• New Jersey: $15.00 – $22.32

• Washington: $16.66 – $21.10

• Whitestone, NY: $18.27 – $19.62
