Housekeeping Technician

Job Description:

We are in need of a reliable EVS Technician to join our team. Your primary responsibility will be to clean and service patient rooms, offices, and common areas that are exposed to various bodily fluids. You will follow strict cleaning processes, carefully complete a checklist after the completion of each room, and ensure that the area is always in good condition. Additionally, you will be required to sweep, mop, and wax all floors with clean water, ensuring that mops are sanitized, and floor polishers used correctly.

Job Type

The employment offers a fixed-term engagement, of which the tenure is three months.

Work Environment

A hospital-based work environment beckons the successful candidate, who will function alongside a team of 6 to 8 employees under the supervision of a Lead EVS and will report to the Director of Plant Operations. The facility houses 36 rooms and spans 60,000 sq ft, including a cafeteria, 3 smaller gyms, and a common area.
