HVAC Engineer

Job Description:

Our client, who is a distinguished commercial property management firm, is actively searching for a licensed HVAC Engineer to join their team in Waltham. An excellent compensation and benefits package is on offer for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:

• Use knowledge of plumbing, electrical, heating, and cooling to track and assess the performance of building systems.
• Maintain the functioning of various equipment, such as chillers, valves, air handlers, and pumps.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify potential problems before they worsen.
• Minimize operating expenses and optimize system efficacy through energy management programs.
• Run the building's illumination and control systems.

Qualifications:

• Capability in navigating through Microsoft Office and Outlook programs.
• Top-notch written and oral communication skills coupled with a strong customer service mindset.
• Familiarity with on-call responsibilities can prove to be invaluable when it comes to managing unexpected emergency scenarios.
