HVAC Installer

Job Description:

• Utilize aptitude in plumbing, electrical, heating, and cooling to keep a tab on the operations and efficiency of building systems.
• Keep up with repairs on devices such as chillers, air handlers, pumps, and valves.
• Keep detailed records of all maintenance activities and repairs.
• Execute energy management programs to reduce operating costs and improve system efficiency.
• Be in control of the supervision of the lighting and control systems in the construction.

Qualifications:

• Adeptness in utilizing Microsoft Office and Outlook tools proficiently.
• Exceptionally skilled in written and verbal communication, with a high regard for customer satisfaction.
• Having experience with on-call work offers a distinct advantage in dealing with unforeseen occurrences that require immediate attention.
