HVAC Maintenance Technician

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Observe the performance and functioning of building systems and apply skills in plumbing, electrical, heating, and cooling to evaluate them.
• Conduct routine maintenance on equipment like pumps, chillers, air handlers, and valves.
• Train staff on proper equipment use and care to prevent unnecessary wear and tear.
• Oversee energy management initiatives to enhance system efficiency and trim operating costs.
• Administer the building's lighting and control systems.

Qualifications:

• Skilled in the use of Microsoft Office and Outlook applications.
• Strong focus on customer service and excellent communication skills, in both written and spoken forms.
• Previous exposure to on-call work is vital for effectively handling unexpected emergency situations.
