HVAC Service Technician

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Use proficiency in plumbing, electrical, heating, and cooling to monitor building system operations and assess their performance.
• Keep devices such as air handlers, pumps, valves, and chillers in good working condition.
• Ensure that all necessary replacement parts are readily available.
• Run energy management programs to achieve optimum efficiency of the system and save operating costs.
• Direct the building's illumination and control systems.

Qualifications:

• Proficient in the operation of Microsoft Office and Outlook software.
• Exceptional customer service orientation and proficient communication abilities, both written and verbal.
• Handling unexpected emergencies can be aided by prior experience in a role requiring on-call availability.
