HVAC Technician

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Utilize expertise in plumbing, electrical, heating, and cooling to oversee and gauge the performance of building systems.
• Keep up with the upkeep of equipment, including air handlers, pumps, chillers, and valves.
• Develop a maintenance calendar that details the specific tasks required for each piece of equipment.
• Ensure maximum system efficiency and minimum operating costs by managing energy management programs.
• Manage the building's illumination and control systems.

Qualifications:

• Competent in the utilization of Microsoft Office and Outlook.
• Strong customer service orientation with exceptional written and oral communication skills.
• An advantageous attribute for managing unanticipated emergencies is hands-on expertise in on-call duties.
