Qualification of In-Store Sales Representative:

• Being available during evenings and weekends is a requirement, indicating the need for flexibility.
• Part-time hours are flexible and may vary depending on the needs of the business.
• Pursuit of a high school diploma or GED is a fundamental requirement.
• Having three to six months of retail experience is a valuable asset.
• Fundamental numeracy, literacy, and oral communication skills needed.
• Participants must have reached the age of 16.
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; and reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to sit; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and operate a Brannock device.
• The employee will be responsible for lifting and moving items weighing up to 25 pounds frequently and weighing up to 50 pounds occasionally in this position.
• The position mandates specific vision abilities like the capacity to see clearly both up close and far away, differentiate between colors accurately, maintain wide peripheral vision, and adjust focus as required.
